This is Kevin, a cool guy I met at our temple in San Diego. He at the time worked at Lucky D’s hostel in downtown. He helped us place our newspaper rack in the hostel.

4.0 Deli is a restaurant/bar close to the San Diego State University and it is a popular hang-out place for the SDSU students. Sastra Dana has a newspaper rack there. In these photos you will see Radhika Devi Dasi and a fellow that Radhika and Rohini found at the restaurant. He was reading our publication.

Nimai Mataji, is the wife of Guru Krishna Prabhu, and a mother of three Vaishnavas. Here are a few nice shots of her distributing Srila Prabhupada’s books on harinam in San Diego.

This was taken during the wild fires in the San Diego area in 2007. Madhu Mangala Dasa was distributing books to the people who lost their homes to the wild fires.

Mataji Kurvanti Devi Dasi hands, on behalf of Sastra Dana, a set of Srila Prabhupada’s books to the chaplain of the Ventura Correctional facility. The books are going to be made available to the inmates for reading and studying.
